Blacksilver Group starts software companies and runs them. It works in markets where the tools people depend on every day were designed for somewhere else, or never built at all, and replaces them with infrastructure made for the job.

For businesses and institutions whose core operations still run on borrowed tools, paper and guesswork, Blacksilver Group builds the infrastructure that should have been there, and operates it. Its companies are designed around these markets from the start, not adapted to them afterwards.

Five principles, the same in every company.
Trust is the product.
If people can’t rely on what our software tells them, nothing else about it matters. That comes first in every company we start.
Where you can see it
Ocheso’s API holds no master key. Every request runs as the person making it, and the database decides what they may do.
Correctness is non-negotiable.
Where a standard exists, we aim to meet it exactly, and we say plainly when we don’t yet. Where none exists, we show our working.
Where you can see it
When Ocheso’s agent brain moved from TypeScript to Python, we replayed 8,048 recorded decisions. Every one came out identical before the port shipped.
Built for the markets we are in.
Cameroon first, then the region. Our companies are designed around these markets from the start, never adapted to them afterwards.

Our second company keeps prices in CFA francs for Douala, Buea and Bamenda separately, and says where a city’s data is thin.
Transparency over black boxes.
We design every consequential output to be explainable and auditable, especially the automated ones. A confident wrong answer is the failure we design against.

We run Ocheso’s API ourselves. When the distance to its database was costing an agent most of a second a move, we moved it.
04Douala
We build from here, for here first.
Douala is Cameroon’s largest city and its main port. Cameroon works in French and English and prices in CFA francs, and our companies start from those facts rather than from a product built somewhere else and translated afterwards.
